What to Expect

Initial Call
We will chat about your campaign goals, target market, and top competitors. Once a campaign goal is agreed I will email an invoice, once payment is accepted, I will begin the on-boarding process. Your monthly billing date will be from when the campaign goes live. (usually within 3 to 5 days)
Keyword Research & Ad Creation
It is essential to use the right type of keywords for your PPC campaigns. I choose keywords with high intent and that people are searching for to solve their problems.
Landing Page Design
Landing pages are the best practice for Google Ads, you can accurately track leads and/or calls. I will design a page specifically created to get you more clients filling in lead forms or calling.
Call Tracking
Without tracking calls attributed to Google Ads you are just guessing. I will set up a contact form and call conversion tracking to see accurately what keywords are driving patients to call you.
Optimisation & Reporting
I will be monitoring your campaigns and adjusting to optimise performance. Every Monday you will be emailed a detailed report of your Google Ads account.

What is included in the monthly pricing?
Extensive keyword research and campaign management. I will be monitoring your campaign and the weekly conversion results and data. We will make adjustments to ads, keywords, device display, schedule, ad extensions, negative keywords, and Call To Actions (CTA’s). You will receive a weekly report detailing the past 7 days. This will compare to the previous 7 days so you can see the campaign trends. Does not include Ad Spend. you are responsible for this and are billed through your Google Ad Account.
How long before I see results?
Usually, Google Ads brings in leads quickly. Our management plan is rolling month to month, so the minimum time is 30 days but it is best to give Google a little longer – at least 60 to 90 days for a new campaign to mature. Google needs time to collect a good amount of data to effectively serve your ad to the best audience.
Do I need a Landing Page? Why can't I just use my website?
Landing page relevance plays a large part in how Google Ads calculates your Quality Score. The better your Quality Score, the higher your ads will rank and the less money you’ll pay per click. A website has too many distractions and options for people to get side-tracked. A landing page only has the purpose of getting the person to fill out the form or call you. A good landing page basically means cheaper cost per click and better ad position.
How will I receive reports and communication?
You will receive an email weekly on Mondays with the performance of the Ad Campaign.
How will you access my Ad account?
We will email you a link to ask for permission to access your account as an admin.
What is the recommended budget for ad spend?
To get started we suggest a minimum £50 a day otherwise Google will not be able to get enough data. We schedule the ads so that they run when someone from your business is available to pick up the phone. We can schedule Monday to Friday, business hours or even just a few days a week depending on your budget.
Can I google my own ads?
Firstly, do not search for your own ads, this can result in a negative impact on your campaign. Searching for your own ad can reduce the quality score and decrease CTR (click through rate). If you would like to preview your ads you can do so within Google Ads using the Ad Preview Tool.
Can you set up my Google Account for me?

How long will it take till launch?
We will have you up and running within 3 to 5 working days. The rolling monthly billing cycle will start from the date the campaign goes live.
